The Annual Meeting of the WPPOA will be held Saturday, October 31, 2026. An announcement will be emailed or mailed in accordance with the By-Laws. Each year, three (3) Board of Director positions are open to the community. Any WP property owner is eligible to serve. Board terms are for three (3) years in length. As outlined in the By-Laws, the Nominating Committee is responsible for identifying and nominating candidates for the Board. Additional nominations may also be made from the floor at the annual meeting. If you would like to be considered as a candidate, please email a brief bio no later than 9/16/2026 to RJ Keller, Chair WP Nominating Committee at rjkeller3@comcast.net. Candidates should also be available for a short interview with the Nominating Committee. All candidates will have a reasonable opportunity to communicate their qualifications to the members and solicit votes. Thank you for your continued engagement and support of our community.
Pool Update: Refurbishment is complete! There are NEW KEY FOBS this year. The old fobs will no longer work or be activated. Refer to Pool Documents and the 2026 Pool Rules in the "Just for Owners" section for all instructions to exchange your old key fobs or obtain new ones. If you haven't already, you will need to submit a Release and Waiver of Liability (see last page of the Pool Rules) in order to get a new fob. THE POOL WILL CLOSE SEPTEMBER 30TH, WEATHER PENDING.
