ENTRANCE PAVING PROJECT: Work is expected to begin late May 2026 pending final scheduling and weather conditions. This will include milling and paving the entrance and a portion of Black Marlin Drive. The full operation will take 1-2 weeks. Flaggers and signage will be utilized to help maintain safe travel in and out of the neighborhood. If your property borders the paving area, please place PIN FLAGS at the locations of your irrigation heads. The contractor will ensure that driveway tie-ins are completed as smoothly as possible. Please note the contractor will not be available to perform driveway or apron repairs.
